I cover a 5 mile radius from DE3, this includes Mickleover, Mackworth, Littleover, Etwall, Findern, Allestree, Darley Abbey, Quarndon and many more. 

Yes, I do offer out of hours but an additional £5 will be added.

Yes, I am fully insured with Protectivity.

All dogs will be transported in my dedicated dog van, in their own individual lockable crates. All crates are safe and comfortable.

Yes I take on reactive dogs. Although dogs with a reactive or aggressive nature will not be aloud on group walks, the safety of the other dogs and myself is a priority. 

Yes, I used to work at The Royal Derby Hospital at Medical Outpatients, if asked a reference will be provided.

Yes I offer adhoc walks, these are subject to availability.

My solo dog walks are as long as you ask them to be, these walks are solely for your dog and their individual needs. 

Group walks are a total of two hours long, this caters for the full one hour walk and travel time

If your dog is anxious and you're unsure your dog will be suitable for group walks, we can initially start off with solo walks and build up their confidence and slowly integrate them into some smaller group walks and work our way up

When it comes to cancellations, I am pretty lenient. I understand things happen in life that we cannot control. I also hope that if anything was to happen on my end that we would have the same understanding.

When it comes to walks, as long as its not cancelled an hour before you will get a full refund.

Pet sit cancellations, a 50% deposit is paid, and you will get this refunded if you have cancelled within my cancellation period. 

Most of my clients give me key to keep. Clients keys are kept together and locked away safely that only I have access to. Some of my clients have a key safe where I can gain access to the property.

Your dog will only be aloud of lead if you have given me permission to do so, and if I deem this safe. My off lead dogs MUST have a good recall, if not they will be on a long line lead.

You must provide your dog with a collar and/or harness for their walk, your dog must have a tag with your details on, this is a legal requirement.

I will provide water, towels, treats, leads, balls and poo bags.

Yes I do my best to clean every dog after a walk the best I can, please appreciate they wont come home squeaky clean.

If your dog had an accident or became unwell, I will contact you immediately.

Should your dog need veterinary assistance I will take them to the vet myself
