Hello, my name is Anna-Lea and I have turned my love and passion for dogs into a reality.

I started Lead The Way because I wanted to provide a trustworthy, reliable and professional dog service within my local area in Derby. I understand that sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands to assist you with your daily jobs, and that's where I come in! 

I am dedicated to providing a fun and friendly service for owners who want their dogs to be walked,  fussed, and loved by me!

Throughout my life I have been bought up around dogs and I have always looked after family and friends dogs when needed. 

I have owned two Border Collies myself, Murphy and Alfie, call me the crazy collie lady! Owning dogs, I know how hard it can be fitting in those much needed walks when you just have no time in the day, especially when they just never seem to run out of energy! I also know how daunting it can be leaving your dog in an unfamiliar environment when you go away, which is why I offer overnight pet sits so your beloved pets can remain within their own environment with around the clock love and care.

 I have lived in Mickleover my whole life and I work within a 5 mile radius, so bare that in mind when booking.

 I am DBS checked, insured and pet first aid trained, giving you peace of mind knowing your dog is in capable hands.
